I had breast augmentation with Dr. Pyle and am so in love with my results! Prior to surgery, I was a 34 A/B and just quite unproportioned with the bottom half of my body. Dr. Pyle and I together chose 354 cc textured silicone implants put under the muscle which now puts me usually in a 34D. Using the Vectra 3D imaging made me feel much more confident about choosing the right size for me. I am so pleased at how natural they look! I know that everyone bounces back from this surgery in her own way, but for me it was much quicker than I thought it would be – I was back to work Tuesday after Thursdays surgery (4 days later). Just like everyone says – I wish I would have done it sooner!

I spent most of my life with a decent shape and perky breasts. I didn’t imagine myself as someone who would end up having plastic surgery. But at the age of 40, I did. I was putting in the work and yet, nothing I was doing was going to reverse what gravity and having children had done to my body. Genetics told me I would lose that battle but thankfully there are ways to win again.

Dr. Pyle was the winning ticket and I am grateful to him and the wonderful staff at Davis & Pyle Plastic Surgery. I am finally able to look in the mirror and smile at my body. I have gained back the confidence I had lost and would refer him and the staff, over and over again.

Having breast augmentation was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I hated having to buy ridiculously expensive bras and bathing suits for the optical illusion of a more proportioned figure. Thanks to Dr. Pyle and his team I don’t have to anymore! I felt so comfortable through this whole process and would recommend anyone unhappy with their size to at least have a consultation about their options. Also being able to view my potential size with the Vectra was incredibly helpful. I have 286 cc round silicone implants, which took me from a 34B to a 34D at Victoria’s Secret!

I was always unhappy with my small chest size, especially after breastfeeding my daughter. I finally took it upon myself to book an appointment with Davis & Pyle Plastic Surgery and it has changed my life! I cannot thank Dr. Davis and his wonderful team for the amazing work and care they gave me. I am beyond ecstatic with the results of my breast augmentation. Every time I come into the office, I feel as if I am seeing old friends as they have made my experience very enjoyable. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner! Confidence not only looks good on you, but it is priceless!

As a little girl I loved playing dress up and couldn’t wait to grow up when I could wear makeup, heels and all things feminine. As I grew I noticed with great despair that my bust didn’t seem to be growing as fast as the rest of me and when it did finally start to grow, it stopped far short of my expectations. It is difficult to put into words how self-conscious I felt as a teenager because I couldn’t find a 2 piece bathing suit that fit or because I couldn’t join my friends in shopping at Victoria’s Secret. To put it simply: I felt cheated.

When I was in college I met up with a family friend who had just gotten a breast augmentation by Dr. Davis and I couldn’t believe how amazing her breast looked and felt! I suppose I had always imagined breast implants to look ‘fake’ and exaggerated, but hers looked so natural. It was like a light bulb went off in my head and I thought I can do that too! I scheduled a consultation with Dr.Davis and was immediately put at ease. He made me feel comfortable and assured me that all my concerns and worries while justified, were simply that – just concerns and worries.

Breast augmentation literally changed my life. For the first time I was confident and comfortable in my body. It was like the missing piece for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even today, several years later it is still like having a new outfit every day. It is amazing how one little thing can affect your whole outlook and personality. I think if something really bothers you and it can be fixed, then why not? I am so grateful that I had the augmentation and for the person it helped me become. Thank you, Dr. Davis for the life changing and wonderful experience.

From a young age I became adept at ‘contouring’ my upper eyelids with makeup to appear less hooded. Both of my parents handed down their ‘heavy’ eyelids to me (thank you very much) and both of them went on to have insurance pay for their surgery in their 60’s and 70’s. Even in my late 20’s and early 30’s I started getting the comments about how tired I looked. I don’t feel tired! But I definitely wouldn’t have pursued the matter of surgery until someone told me what a simple procedure it actually was.

I chose to do my upper eyelids just using local anesthesia, it took about 35 minutes and I walked out the door amazed at the ease of it. I did look a bit worse for wear for 4-5 days but felt nothing more than some tenderness and tightness. It amazing to see an actual crease in my upper eyelid for the first time in my life! I felt like I had a whole new look, but to my surprise not a soul seemed to notice – which was what I wanted. MY eyes have gone to one of my least favorite features to my best!

I keep looking at myself in the mirror and can’t help but smile. I would have never dreamed that a one-hour procedure would change the way I look and feel about myself.

I have always had a double chin and wished that somehow it would miraculously go away. I knew that I would never have a neck lift so I let the idea rest. Then one day, I meet a friend who recommend Dr. Davis and told me about neck liposuction. I have never heard about this procedure and was ecstatic about the news. I talked to my husband about the procedure and he was very supportive.

I had done my research on the procedure and Dr. Davis. I made other consults with other plastic surgeons but felt that Dr. Davis was the one. Dr. Davis and his staff were professional, sensitive, and made me feel at ease. I made my appointment almost immediately and am so happy I did.

I can truly say the experience was a pleasurable one. I highly recommend Dr. Davis and his staff.

No matter the clean diet or regular exercise I did, I couldn’t seem to shed the heaviness in the hips and thighs. I was 5 pounds UNDER my goal weight and still was a larger size on my bottom that the top! I decided to just talk with a few surgeons and see what my options and price ranges were. The more I learned about liposuction (and the affordability!) the more excited I was.

This IS an embarrassing topic, and some offices just made me feel very uncomfortable about the whole process. Two minutes into my first consultation with Dr. Davis I felt completely at ease and more excited than ever before! His experience, reassuring manner, operating facility, staff, results – everything! – was exactly as I hoped it could be. Liposuction was an uncomfortable procedure for the first few days but very manageable. I am thrilled with the ease of the entire process and my results can speak for themselves!

I still enjoying going into their office periodically when other unwanted things pop up (crow’s feet and brown spots mainly!) It’s always a pleasure visiting and knowing I am looking my best.

Shasta

Shasta Spivey, 29, from Sanford, NC decided to get a tummy tuck and breast augmentation after delivering her fourth child. “Nursing took its toll on my breasts and 4 pregnancies wreaked havoc on my abdomen. Even after losing all the baby weight, I didn’t have a body that looked anything like my own. The hardest part about seeing what had happened to my body was that all the exercise and healthy food in the world couldn’t help me regain anything close to my pre-pregnancy shape.”

Spivey, a professional blogger, is part of a growing number of women undergoing some form of a ‘Mommy Makeover,’ a combination of select plastic surgery procedures that restore, or improve, their post-pregnancy bodies.

Right around 4 months out from her surgery she is back to her usual intense workout regime and is looking forward to wearing her bathing suit this summer with her newly found confidence. Spivey, who writes the blog www.Faithfullyfrugal-and-free.com (and even blogged about her surgery and recovery!) even has gone back for a bit more. She’s added some Botox® injections to her post-surgical visits with Dr. Davis. “A little Botox in my crow’s feet will help to ensure I can get away with a few more 29th birthdays!”

For a few years I had begun to see the lines and sagging that only nature can bring. I was still in the work force and I wanted to maintain a still youthful appearance. I did a lot of research on doctors in the Raleigh area and asked a lot of questions as well. After I did my homework on Dr. Glenn Davis, and after my consultation I knew he was the only one I trusted with my face. When you walk into his office the attention you get from his staff makes you feel like you are the number one and only client that walks through that door.

I had a full face lift and over the past 5 months I have had three Fraxel® treatments. I have had BOTOX® and fillers for facial lines. The face lift was far more than I expected and the best thing I ever could have done for myself. I was able to go out with my much younger friends and I have never felt that I was not a part of their circle. The Fraxel® made a world of difference in the texture of my skin.

I just love going out with my 50 year old daughter and people think we are twins!! Sometimes they think she is my older sister! My advice is only to go to Dr. Glenn Davis. Don’t try to re-think the decision to have plastic surgery. Just know that in a few weeks, your life will have changed more than you will ever expect.

I developed a large chest in the eighth grade. After years of regular, vigorous, exercise -which I would never give up- and despite my efforts to wear supportive sports bras, I realized that my once perky chest lacked its luster. My breasts had fallen flat and were what I would describe as slightly floppy. This is a normal description for a woman who has had children or breast fed but I was far from that time in my life.

I was twenty-one.

Due to gravity and regular exercise, the skin that held my breasts had stretched, causing them to sag. Forget wearing a cute strapless top or summer dress, everything that I shopped for or wore revolved around the supportive, thick strapped bra that I had to wear in order to feel comfortable. I’ll never forget my college roommates and I jokingly comparing my large “granny” bras and their adorable, skinny strapped bras. Bikini season was brutal. Each pool or beach day ended with an application of healing ointment to the deep cut caused by my halter bathing suit tops on the back of my neck. The expression ‘beauty is pain,’ rang very true during those days. Don’t get me wrong. My problem was a great problem to have. I have never felt ungrateful for my body. Nor have I wished for another, I just wanted a little more control over my chest. We should all feel that we have control over our body parts.

At twenty-three, I made the decision to have a breast lift or mastopexy. Davis & Pyle Plastic Surgery was warm and inviting. During my consultation, Dr. Davis talked with me about my concerns and the outcome I desired. He educated me on my options and gave me his recommendation based on our discussion and his assessment. Dr. Davis gave me an honest and realistic expectation which was refreshing.

The procedure was a breeze. The Davis & Pyle Plastic Surgery staff kindly eased my surgery day jitters and the anesthesiologist took time to talk with me and make sure that I felt comfortable before the procedure began. I awoke feeling far better than I anticipated. Naturally, my chest felt tight but that was a feeling I had wanted for years!
I still wear supportive sports bras, but I finally feel that I have control over my own body. I can wear a cute, strapless dress or summer top, and a day at the beach has never been so comfortable.

Some may call it vanity, some may call it unnecessary, but my choice to have a breast lift increased my self-confidence so much more than I ever imagined it could. Breast lifts aren’t just for the older generations, they’re for women of all ages. I am proof.

For years I wanted to do something about my lower tummy. It has always been a problem area for me, even before having three children. The only thing holding me back was that I wasn’t quite ready to consider surgical options. When I heard about non-surgical fat removal with CoolSculpting, I was beyond eager to learn more.

I started researching the various practices in the area that offer CoolSculpting. I don’t buy in to gimmicks or low cost leaders. That to me is a big red flag. After several consultations with practices in the area, it was very clear with whom I would choose to work on my body.

What sold me on Davis & Pyle Plastic Surgery was their extensive knowledge and experience in doing this procedure. CoolSculpting is fairly new, so I really wanted to choose a practice that had performed a lot of procedures and one who had an abundance of before and after pictures of their own patients to prove it.

The procedure itself was pretty simple, even though it was a bit chilly at first! But they prepared me for what to expect, so it only took me a few minutes to relax. Before I knew it, an hour had passed and the treatment was completed. I started noticing an improvement within about 7 weeks and my tummy continued to flattened several weeks after that.
Each week I would try on my “skinny jeans” and would simply smile.
My smile was even bigger after I was able to try on a bikini and feel confident for the first time in over a decade!

I was treated like a queen from the first phone call and throughout my procedure and follow up appointments. I plan to go back again soon to get CoolSculpting on another area of my body. I’m so glad I went with my “gut” instinct (no pun intended:) when I chose Davis & Pyle Plastic Surgery.
